Satisfying Finish

Don't you love how the back of a quilt looks? Especially when it's all one light color? I've never backed with a muslin-like fabric before, but it came with the kit.
I could be pleased hanging it like this!
Have you guessed which quilt this is?
You may have seen enough of this one, but I had to show it one more time. I love Fall colors, I'm unusually pleased with how the quilting turned out, and the binding's on. I love how each step of quiltmaking gives a quilt another dimension, more life.
Sometimes when I've competed a quilt, I'm just glad to be done with it. Maybe it took too long, too repetitive, whatever.
But this one, I'm in love with. Can't wait for Fall to come around so it can hang in the family room.
I hope each of you had fun in your studio, and are planning a restful weekend.
Whatever you do, have a blast.
Blessings,
Linda

I do love looking at the quilting from the back of the quilt too. I picked up 3 quilts yesterday afternoon from my long-arm quilter and definitely spent some time admiring her skill from the back!

Hi Girls
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I haven't been on much, and I see I have a ton to catch up on. I hope all is well with each of you,
Thanks for your comments, I love being in touch with such wonderful gals. You all are so creative.
Would you do me a favor and let me know if you get this. I don't know if it's best to answer by email, or on here. What do you think?
Thanks,
Linda
