Scrapbook Time

Thought I'd share a couple pages from the scrapbook I'm working on. I'm surprised how much time, and shopping--Oh No! it takes to make a page. I don't have any of the fancy equipment, just a few scissors and punches. Trying to learn how to use everything, and make a page like the ones which make me drool. For me, it's like quilting with paper. This could be so addicting!
Do any of you scrapbook? Isn't is fun??

Your pages are really nice. I love seeing scrapbook pages. I don't do it myself. I think if I dragged another craft into this house my DH would divorce me! :0)

Hey Deb,
I just drool over some I see. They have the best embellishments. I wonder where they get them. It certainl isn't Michaels and such.
Oh, I know what you're saying about another craft. I have resisted scrapbooking quite well, till a certain little baby girl was born, then I just HAD to make one of her first year. Her 1st birthday is next week, and it's a labor of deep, grandparent love. Just can't help it!
Blessings,
Linda

Linda: What a lovely scrapbook pages. It's one of the things I've had to say "no" to, but every now and then I reconsider. (I also said "no" to porcelain dolls several years ago -- and definitely am glad I did!)

I am working on the last page I'll do before her birthday party. I'll add one for that day, of course, and there are a couple slots available. I think I'll ask her mom is there's a page she'd like to see, or pics she wants included.
Thanks for the compliment. I've never taken a class, but have spent some time online studying others' work. I'm feeling more confident, and learning to just grab stuff I have with a theme or color scheme, and go from there.
Porcelain dolls haven't tempted me, but Sculpey has.
